...simply awful! I think my 9 year old can act better than anyone in this movie, uh, I mean home video. This reminds me of those old D.A.R.E videos that the high school seniors used to make in class. I think the security camera video's at the vacant lot down the street is more entertaining than this video. I am trying not to be too negative, but honestly, me and my wife looked at each and both said, "Huh?" I just don't get it. I thought I was in for some laughs, boy was I wrong! If you want to see it, the choice is yours of course, but I don't advise it. The video was amateur, the sound was horrible. The acting, wow, the acting was high school, maybe middle school. I though this would be a rip-off of Beauty Shop, well was I wrong! It was more like Little Beauty Shop of untalented actors and horrible direction! I swear at one point you can hear the director in the background saying a line to one of the actresses just before she said, like she couldn't remember the line and he was coaching her. According to the User rating for Beauty shop, it got 5.3 out of 10 stars. Compared to this video, Beauty Shop should have swept the Oscars that year! Avoid this if you can, unless you have a family member involved somehow in the production or acting, in that case, watch it, be happy for your son or daughter and then tell them it was horrible...
