Spider-Man 2

Five different video games were developed and released for the film Spider-Man 2 (2004). Rather, the than being ports of one main game, these games were independently designed and developed (though all were released by Activision), which resulted in games with vastly different concepts, storylines, artwork/graphics, gameplay, objects, villains, and functionality. Each version of the game was intended for different gaming systems: Treyarch Corporation's Spider-Man 2 (2004) (GameCube, Xbox, and PlayStation 2) is an open-world 3D campaign, Fizz Factor's Spider-Man 2: The Game (2004) (PC) is an on-rails 3D game, Backbone Entertainment's Spider-Man 2 (2004) (Nokia N-Gage) is a mix of 2D platformer and 3D time-trials, Digital Eclipse's Spider-Man 2 (2004) (Game Boy Advance) is a 2D side-scrolling platformer, and Vicarious Visions' Spider-Man 2 (2005) (PlayStation Portable) is a linear 3D game.
