An 80s Tezuka adaptation

A TV special from the 80s adapting a Sci-Fi manga series by Osamu Tezuka. It has good characters and animation, but the story is too simple and the pacifist message a little too corny. It's more straightforward and less experimental than other Texuka adaptations, but it's still interesting.
