No Pain No Gain isn't afraid to show the ugly side of bodybuilding, from the physical toll it takes on the body to the mental anguish that often comes with the pursuit of perfection. The film does a great job of portraying the sport as both a personal journey and a dangerous obsession, making it clear that the title is more than just a catchy slogan-it's a truth Mike has to face head on.
