It's All About The Music

...and the ambiance. Launched Carlos Vives' career and introduced a whole new generation to the national treasure of the Colombian vallenato. The acting is uneven and the pacing awkward, but enjoy it for what it is- a loving homage to a beloved rascal of a composer and musician.
