Crvena zemlja

I'm sure this motion picture is a comedy and I just didn't get the jokes, but seriously folks, it's a terrible film.

Admittedly, I didn't watch the entire film, and I fast-forwarded it at random spots to see if it appeared to get any better. The English title is "Massacre at Noon". I felt like someone was massacring me during the 30 minutes or so that I subjected myself to it. Every time I watched part of it I just started laughing at how bad it is. I've learned to stop calling films "the worst film I've ever seen" because inevitably I find one that's worse than the last worst one.

I wasn't surprised that six people in Serbia rated it 10 stars, like "Hey, let's support a movie from the home country", or maybe the dialog in Serbo-Croatian isn't ridiculous in that language. However, I had to shake my head when I saw that two people in the U. S. rated it 10 stars. Maybe they understand Serbo-Croatian and saw it without overdubbing.

I'll never know the answers to these burning questions because no one who has rated it has so far written a review for it before me (03 July 2024). I'll have to live the rest of my life not knowing what anyone saw in this film that I didn't see, but I'm okay with that.
