Whereas every contestant was nice and kind to one another, the one who won Season 1, Jacqlynn, came across
as exasperating and conceited, to a despicably arrogant degree and, every time she spoke, she was antagonizing other players, so much so that nobody picked her to play her inherited category: International Foods, even though it was a very easy play when compared to the other chosen categories. This may have been the strategy that won her the $250,000, by bluffing her way through the show, claiming she was knowledgeable in every single category (unlikely) that could challenge her for a duel. All the other players backed down and never picked her, after her first turn in dueling. She may have won but she goes down in history as the most distasteful and unpleasant player ever on this show, and quite possibly all other game-shows. This was supposed to be a family-friendly show, and contestants were instructed to be nice to one another while on-camera, but she flat out refused. Also, she claims to be only 31 but looks at least 42.
