Uplifting? Terrifying?

I found this a most disturbing film. That drone is talking like every dictator that the earth has ever seen. He has decided what is best for humanity, from his perspective. He has determined what is wrong and how to correct it. The people in that big auditorium are his sheep (and I don't mean that he is a good shepherd).
