In response to the other negative reviews of this program on here, I find nothing at fault with Splash and Bubbles.
In my opinion Splash and Bubbles devles into the topic of Oceanography in a fun yet educational way. Kids get to learn about the ocean, even if they don't live near an ocean. The characters are zany and quirky and the reeftown environment is amazing. There's lots of neat side characters the group runs into and learns about different types of sea creatures found in the ocean through each episode. Some of the fish have occupations and occasionally one of the fish has to go see a doctor, or a dentist, and the episode helps the kids get over fear of going to a doctor or the dentist. But most of all the show is all about fun and having a good time with friends. The concept behind the show is that its good to meet new people and get to know your friends better, and to experience life. There's not many shows where kids can just have fun exploring...and learning and this show gives them the opportunity to explore and learn in an environment that they've probably not experience before --the ocean depths. To me the character voices are fine. It may be annoying to some, but hey its a kids program not an adults program.
