Swerve

Checked out this series after seeing it hyped on social media. I didn't have the patience to sit through the whole series so I jumped through the episodes to see if it got any better (spoiler alert: it didn't). The tall girl playing the lead is not a strong actor, and it kind of seems like she got cast in this just to capitalize on her 'fame' as a supporting character in another series - but she's really not interesting or talented enough to carry a series on her own, and it shows in her flat performances. Series one was okay, but series two was a more jumbled narrative and a lot of the plot points felt forced.
