Hawksley Workman

Born in Bay Lake, Ontario (near Huntsville) & later moved to Toronto to embark on a career in music. His first album was "For Him & The Girls", released in 1999. He went on to release 3 more albums: "(Last Night We Were)The Delicious Wolves", "Almost A Full Moon" (both in 2001), & "Lover/Fighter" in 2003. In 2002 he won a Juno Award for "Best New Solo Artist" & "Best Video". ("Jealous Of Your Cigarette)

A lot of artists I know they get a year and a half away from a record they've just made it's like ... 'Oh ... it's terrible I hate that thing,' ya know? When I record [a] record, I never take more than a day per song... so by the time the record is mixed, finished, complete, done... I'm still in a honeymoon with the record.
