Theatre: August 1994, played "Gerald Croft" in J.B. Priestley's "An Inspector Calls", directed by Stephen Daldry, The Royale Theater. With this performance, Aden won the "Theater World Award for Best Newcomer on Broadway".
When working with Eddie Izzard on Shadow of the Vampire, Aden found that they were both born in Aden, Yemen. This led to the discovery that Aden's father performed the wedding of Izzard's parents. He was late for a polo match and wed them while in his polo gear.
