Herrlich übertriebene Komödie

Es wird herrlich dick aufgetragen. Die Hauptfigur ist ein Loser ohne Ambitionen, der auf dem Amt verrottet. Seine Faulheit versucht er durch noch faulere Ausreden zu kaschieren. Seine Frau ist deshalb ausgezogen und mit dem Job sieht es auch schlecht aus. Er schafft es aber, der Vertreter des Amts für ein neues Großprojekt zu werden. Der Drahtzieher des Großprojekts ist die andere Hauptfigur, die herrlich übertrieben alle Investoren blendet.
