This whole DEI stuff needs to end. Give parts to people that can act and not based on skin color. Seems to be the new norm. This movie is just awful. The camera was used to do the 360 turn, constantly. You could get a headache watching this. The story is old and been recycled for years. I am going to say it because everyone is thinking it...they adopt a white boy? I have notice in all black films, the men are weak and if there is a white person, he is the bad guy. A little kid sassing to a black woman and she does nothing, not realistic. All the actors were terrible. The kid, Dillion, terrible. The only redeeming thing was the house.
