Kangana once again proves her exceptional talent with a deeply layered performance as Indira Gandhi. She masterfully portrays the transformation from a vulnerable and hesitant leader to a confident, commanding figure, descending into authoritarianism before a journey of reflection and a tragic end.

However, it's her role as director that truly stands out as a revelation. I was pleasantly surprised by the maturity, sensitivity, and finesse with which she handled such a complex and challenging subject.
