A murder and seven suspicions make up the premise of this choral story in the purest style of Agatha Christie. Some couples receive an invitation to spend the weekend at the hotel where they got married. The marriages are the following ones: Salva Reina-Kira Miró, Carlos Santos-Mariam Hernández, Julián López-Andrea Duro. What they don't know is that the host (Pablo Carbonell) wants to blackmail them, much less that the next day one of them will appear dead. All attendees are suspected of the crimes and all have sufficient reasons to have committed the crime. Then two forest guards (Toni Acosta, Víctor Palmero) appear at the hotel and begin investigating the criminal case.

An amusing film made in murder comedy style in which several couples at different points in their relationship return to the hotel where they got married, summoned by the owner, to solve a certain tax problem. It results to be an entertaining and bemusing spoof of murder mysteries . It is in fact a funny imitation of Crime Story , including charming and sympathetic performances by the entire cast. Resulting to be a pale imitation of the earlier , much better and more satisfying cime spoof as¨Murder by death¨ by Robert Moore and ¨Clue¨ by Jonathan Lynn , in which loads of silly crimes happen. A similar but better effort was made by Gracia Querejeta in 2018 titled ¨Ola de Crimenes¨also boasting a good cast, such as Raul Arevalo, Paula Echevarria, Juana Acosta, Antonio Resines. Todos lo hacen (2022) is an inferior but enjoyable imitation of the previous parodies. It is an entertaining and fun comedy of murders in which the laughs pile up before your eyes ; nevertheless , the director has got little success in keeping the bizarre and grotesque appearances of the actors in hyperactive movement , shouting and frantic running around. The entire cast seems to be subsisting on sugar with wild eyes and frenetic movements the order of the day . You'll enjoy partially the impersonations of the strange and nutty characters. The film contains a cast with well-known actors, such as Pablo Carbonell (Lo mejor que le puede pasar a un cruasán) , Goya winner Carlos Santos (Crack II), Toni Acosta (Padre no hay más que uno), Julián López (Operación Camarón), Macarena Gómez (La Que Se Avecina). Todos lo hacen(2022) stands out an atmospheric music by Iván Valdés, as well as colorful cinematography by Pablo Bürmann (Caronte, Atlánticas). Being shot in location in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Canary Islands and Grupo Secuoya, Tres Cantos, Madrid. The second feature film by director Hugo Martin Cuervo (Con Quien Viajas) providing a mediocre dark comedy with full of cartoonish characters, sharp phrases and a lot of intrigue. An unclassifiable suspense comedy in which, the director brings us a very mixed bag of bizarre characters , rapid dialogs , and absurd situations in a luxury hotel. The filmmaker's ability to move the camera inside the hotel gives us several surprising shots that credit some talent, already proven during his long career as a short filmmaker and his better previous movie: Con quien viajas. Rating: 4.5/10.
