The House of the Laughing Cuckoo Clocks

Parts of story four entitled XV1, were filmed at the site of the Spahn Movie Ranch, which is 30 miles north-west of Downtown Los Angeles in the Santa Susana Mountains, near Chatsworth. The Manson Family lived at this location for much of 1968 and 1969. A wildfire destroyed the ranch in September 1970. Some remains of vehicles used by the family can be found scattered around the area.
