Vanameeste paradiis

Although it's a short movie, it's still one of Estonian's best. And somehow I had never even heard of this movie and the director as well. The story itself is quite simple, but very original and nicely completed. Two old city officials (Aleksander Eelmaa and Tõnu Aav) get retired from the Environmental office. They decide to go on the river and start fighting against abduct fishery themselves. But fishermen and the whole scenery is a lot more mysterious than they thought at first. I very much loved the camera work. It's shot in great angles and shows the true beauty of Estonian nature. Also acting is provided by the best actors in Estonia. Aleksander Eelmaa, Tõnu Aav and Tõnu Oja give a true character. Excellent work 10/10
