Final broadcast of the SAG Awards on NBC before moving to TNT; first broadcast from the Shrine Auditorium; Life Achievement Award to Angela Lansbury; a reunion of the cast of TV's "The Mod Squad" - Peggy Lipton, Clarence Williams III, and Michael Cole (which drew an especially warm welcome); a mini-reunion of "Roots" cast members LeVar Burton, Edward Asner, Cicely Tyson, and John Amos; a film clip salute to SAG's dancers and another to SAG's stunt women.
