Spy comedy, almost identical to a 007 spoof from the same year

Well edited and filmed light-hearted Brazilian spy comedy. It is impressive that another film from the very same year (1966), 007 1/2 in Carnaval, has almost the same plot, and its main actor, comedian Costinha, plays an extremely similar character: a clumsy innofensive man who is mistaken by international-level criminals.
