Title is lifted from the Kiefer Sutherland hit, but bears little resemblance.
Joey Silvera is at his overacting mode as the mad scientist, experimenting on lovely coeds from local University of Wazoo. It has something to do with genes, and he's out to cure frigidity, evidently successful judging by the horniness of the four actresses as subjects when they become conscious. Electrodes on the chest is about the only prop here.
Production also saved money on costumes, as the ladies are completely nude throughout. Pre-boob job Alicyn Sterling gets some dialog, while big boobs are ably represented by Amanda Addams and Raven Richards, latter accorded two sex scenes.
Dialog is atrocious, with Joey seemingly improvising and thowing in stupid jokes. Among the low points is his rehearsing a Nobel Prize acceptance speech. Tom Byron as his assistant is equally moronic.
Truly awful.
