Nearly 10 years ago, "gabber" was the most popular Youth culture in the Netherlands. Hardcore dance (Hard, pumping beats), big party's and all the people dressed in "ausies" and "cavello's". It was a way of living One of the most popular acts in that time was Hakkuhbar. A top-40 group that made a satire version of "gabber". This film follows that group with members Gabbertje and Boom Boom Bart making Music-history all over the Netherlands and includes all there Clips.
If you've not been in the Netherlands in the period 1992-1998 and saw what Gabber was, it's nearly impossible to understand what it's about. The 60 minutes of the film is enough... after a while you get bored 'cause there's no action in the film. But when a clip starts, the old feelings return and it's hard not to stand up and start to "Hakkuh"
