Anita Yuen plays a mortuary beautician,who has retarded sister obsessed with 'Dragonball Z'.Unfortunately poor sis gets raped and murdered by sex maniac.Anita believes that her psychiatrist is a maniacal sex killer and she tries to kill him via many different methods.The real rapist Pal or NTSC befriends Anita and all hell breaks loose..."Wrath of Silence" is nowhere nearly as graphic as "The Untold Story","Red to Kill" or "Love to Kill".In fact it's loaded with dumb comedy and silly 'Dragonball' worship.There are some violent moments including rape,but no graphic nudity.The characters are unlikable and irritating.There are far more better Cat III flicks to check out.6 out of 10.
