When his boss goes out of town on a big deal and leaves important securities behind, it's up to office boy Ray Cooke to get them to him tout suite.
This episode of the Torchy series of shorts is filled with good humor and some nicely executed gags, with Franklin Pangborn the butt of most of them. However, they are not very well integrated into the story line, but appear to be more on the order of fillers than is usual for the shorts.
