Good Storyline but many major loop holes that dropped the movie quality

There are a lot of major loopholes that the director did not grasp properly. How does the con girl knows the rich boy will not pick up any of his family calls. A phone call from his grandpa to the his employer, all will be reveal if he has been kidnapped. During investigation, even a non police knows how to nap all the black coat jackets men. There also will be scanners everywhere! This movie want to show how bad and incompetent the police are but in reality, they knows nothing. Even a non police related person knows more than this director. Overall, this director should watch or learn a lot on how police works and not just simply direct this movie in anon realistic way. It seems HK movie industry had dropped standards by nominating such a movie.
