At the time of her death, in addition to son
Hubert H. Humphrey III; she had a daughter, Nancy Humphrey Solomonson; two additional sons, Robert Humphrey and Douglas Humphrey; 12 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren. From her second marriage, she was also the step-mother of two adult children, and grandmother to 5 more grandchildren.
