Battled drug addiction for more than 20 years, and had been to rehab six times. Over the last decade of her life she also was suffering from mental illness. She had been reported missing from a sober home in August 2018, a week before her death. She died from the combined effects of five different types of drugs. According to legal documents, an autopsy revealed she had cocaine, heroin, clonazepam (a sedative used to treat seizures or anxiety), topiramate (nerve pain medication) and fluoxetine (used to treat depression) in her system when she died. Her cause of death has been ruled accidental.
