She acted in John Bowen's play, "Little Boxes," at the Duchess Theatre in London, England with David Cook, Sylvia Coleridge, Peter Howell, June Jago, Elizabeth MacLennan, Frank Middlemass, Larry Noble and Maureen Pryor in the cast. Philip Grout was director.
Trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama in London and first acted in repertory theatre in Nottingham. From 1960, had a prolific career on television, in BBC radio plays and on the West End stage.
