K. The Butcher Shitter

The project was in production when Steve Aquilina (copyright owner and executive producer/cameraman of the original trilogy) found out about it. Outraged by what was happening, he threatened to issue a cease and desist order until director Alex Wesley was able to convince him that the remake was a non-profit project and he had no intentions of selling copies and making money from it. Steve later gave Alex permission to finish the film, thus turning it from a fan film to an official remake of Violent Shit II: Mother Hold My Hand (1992).
