After watching this deadly dull all-sexer devoted in ego trip fashion to Wicked contract star Samantha Saint, I wasn't overly suprised to note in IMDb its 5 AVN nominations for various categories of awards, all spurious as usual (payola?).

SS takes credit for controlling all aspects of the Jonathan Morgan-directed junker, not a documentary but more like a Jules Jordan fetish video. She poses, she masturbates and has sex scenes with a hand-picked cast, silliest of which has Saint in a room decorated with what seem like huge dominoes on the walls, turning out to be Glory Holes for her to suck cock and be penetrated by cocks with condoms on them (an unusual sight in porn, to say the least). Credits are not specific, but process of elimination indicated these disembodied members belong to Tommy Gunn, Will Powers, Tony Martinez and Jon Jon.
