In the film, it is stated that Mr. Basuki is a candidate for regional legislative (DPRD) membership. However, in several scenes, Mr. Basuki's wife says that it is regional head election season now. In the political schedule in Indonesia, elections for regional legislative members (DPRD) are never held simultaneously with regional head elections.

Enjoyed it more than I thought I would. I'd recommend.

This is a comedy with elements of crime-horror-drama that you can watch with your family on Netflix The film released earlier this year and has quickly become the 2nd highest grossing (?) film in Indonesia.

Four friends run a haunted house attraction at an amusement park that isn't scary at all. In a bid to turn their fortunes around, the guys end up going too far and it's too late to turn back.

Story - unique, well written. Acting - well done. The plot is funny and the humor did carry through even though I didn't know the language, the subs and the expressions were enough. You'll find parts of the plot relatable if you've done stupid things in life with your friends or have friends who come up with ideas that sound bad but you go through with it anyway.

I'd totally recommend this for a random lazy weekend watch.
