Commentaire à la une
This Dorcel feature from femme Spanish director Alias Locanta is consistently upbeat, positive and cheerful, quite different from the clinical or attempted "edgy" approach evidence in 99% of porn releases. It hit me by the middle of the show as resembling the style of Britain's JoyBear label, but I couldn't clearly define the similarities. After checking the credits I realized the only real items in common here is that "Attractions" has the same hair/makeup artist on the payroll as recent JoyBear releases, named "Soso" plus the not so obvious "shooting on Spanish locations" aspect.
Release downplays dialogue, with snatches of the cast speaking English (with various accents) heard but mainly the on-screen talking muted out. Instead the story is told in voice-over by pretty star Bella Tina in voice-over narration. She and colleague/lover John Stwo work as video specialists helping content creators, and when not having sex spend the movie interviewing and photographing folks to give them material they can post on-line. She also conceives a personal documentary project examining love and sex, with questions about same hurled at their interviewees.
Every player and moment of the 2-1/2 hour video is upbeat, giving it a Pollyannaish quality that is disarming. With XXX flashbacks and erotic fantasies included, Alis gets the most out of a small cast, depriving Dorcel fans of some of the variety the label's usual vignette approach (and ten or more players usually) affords, but does play more like a movie about the principals rather than a revolving door.
Interviewees include a fictional rock star (beautiful Jayla De Angeiis), a movie star who ostentatiously shows off and is photographed hoisting his Oscar (Ricky Rascal), an Olympic champion runner (Zaawaadi, who has quickly displaced Riley Nixon among shaven-head femme porn stars with the fans), and a wealthy (and lovely) businesswoman (Linda Leclair). We're treated to hot sex scenes including threesomes and the Valentine's Day hook is well-timed to the movie's February release.
