Chengiz

Outstanding movie. The story is amazing. Everyone's performance is mind blowing. There is no scene that fills the bore. Bollywood or South would have earned a minimum of 500-600 crores. Finally, I can recommend watching the movie.

Chengiz is an 2023 Indian Bengali-language period action thriller film co-written and directed by Rajesh Ganguly from a story written by Neeraj Pandey and himself. It is produced by Jeet, Gopal Madnani and Amit Jumrani. It stars Jeet, Sushmita Chatterjee, Rohit Roy and Shataf Figar. The action sequences were designed by Stunt Silva. This film marks the comeback of Rohit Roy in Bengali cinema after 9 years since Sada Canvas released in 2014.

In 1976, Jaidev Singh finishes Rashid Khan in order to avenge his parents' death and steps into the Calcutta underworld at the age of 16, where he starts working for a powerful gangster Omar Khalid alias Nalli Bhai and also changes his name as Chengiz. After working with Nalli Bhai, Chengiz starts to establish his own crime ring across Bengal, UP and Bihar, but his life takes a turn when he has to deal with his maternal uncle ACP Samir Sinha, who is appointed to eradicate Chengiz's crime ring.
