Good-natured, affable Timothy Feathergrass (Spencer Rhys Hughes) has spent 10 years building a satellite that he can't afford to launch without selling his prize possession: an undershirt signed by the crew of NASA's Apollo 13 mission! When Timothy's older brother Greg (Walker Hare) steals the shirt to impress the bewitching and Machiavellian Bree Dorris (Stephanie Estes), Timothy plots to reacquire it with the help of Tessa, a compassionate, New Age saleslady. But will the price that Timothy has to pay be too steep?
