Monster Buster Club is, I would say, a show that was above average, but only slightly. It's a show about three human kids and an alien girl who form a secret group in order to seek and capture aliens in their town and send them to "galactic authorities". In truth, it was one of my favorite shows as a kid. It didn't really stand out from other shows, as it seems to share some "elements" with shows like Code Lyoko, some people even calling MBC a rip-off of said show, something that I've heard a lot over the years (to be fair, a lot of movies and shows are similar to other ones). MBC was Marathon Media Group's first 3D animated series, aired from 2008 to 2009 and was, as far as I know, more popular in Canada and France than in other countries in which the show aired. It wasn't as "good" as Totally Spies, Martin Mystery or Team Galaxy, other Marathon Media shows, but it wasn't as "bad" as some people made it out to be. It was just "okay", which made it a product of its time. I've heard people say that the show is for 5-11 year olds, but I would recommend it rather for children that are at least 8 years old, due to some action and "violence" (if you can call it that) that happen during the show. Overall, the show was slightly above average, and also kind of dated, but if you manage to look past its flaws (which, admittedly, are hard to overlook), you might just find something that is worth your time watching. Or not. In the end, there doesn't really seem to be a right or wrong answer to whether MBC is a good show or not. That just makes it more or less average.
