Let me start off by saying I'm not a horror fan. I have next to zip experience with the genre, and I have no experience with the Silent Hill franchise whatsoever. But when I found out Vic Mignogna (FullMetal Alchemist; Star Trek Continues) was starring in a Silent Hill fan film, I knew I had to check it out. If for no other reason than to put another nail in Cancel Culture's coffin. I had no idea what I was in for. Had no idea what to expect. I wasn't expecting to enjoy it. A lot. But to my surprise, I did. I wasn't expecting that. At all.
James (Vic Mignogna) searches for his dead wife Mary/Maria (Mercedes Peterson) in the town of Silent Hill. He's got to get past several monsters to find her. But the biggest monster he has to overcome is the one in his past. Maybe he is the monster?
The only problem I had with this film is that it was too short! (I'm shocked I came to that conclusion!) I wish it'd been longer. (What's wrong with me?!) And that ending! Wow! That's messed up! (I never saw THAT coming!) Congratulations to all involved.
This film was written, directed, and produced by @directorcoltendietz You have a bright future in the industry ahead of you. I'm looking forward to seeing what you do next. Congratulations on your success. Thank you for involving Vic in your projects. For some reason the combination of the two of you reminds me of James Gunn and Michael Rooker. Keep up the good work!
