Dead Woods

I would say and many of the people who worked on it, as a found footage movie it's definitely a 7/10. As a first time film it is also a 7/10 but as a film in itself. Well let's just say we have to learn a lot of technical stuff and how to write a ending keeping you wanting more. For how we did though first time was better than we could have imagined. As a film though I would give it a 5/10. Acting, quality, time these were all things out of our control. But I can say we could have done better. It's a learning process. I am proud of my friends for doing this and can't wait to work on future projects. We shot 2hours 30 mins in two and a half days. And shortened it to 1hour 30 for release. We used camcorders that had disc and made the entire process hectic. Though we did have limited space of 3 hours of footage to work film. I feel it only made it more crucial and made the movie better over all. It was a challenge and I will never forget it.
