Deep and inspirational!

I knew Sifu Mark Stas as the excellent martial artists known all over the world. But this short movie was so deep and beautiful. The words spoken touched me very deep as life has these painful moments we all knew once... "The second one starts the moment we realise we only have one..." deep deep.

A big fan of him as an actor now! Marvellous filming as wel! Looking forward seeing much more of Mark Stas.
