Don't Say a Word

Acting is good, but Missa X's script fails to make this quartet of characters and their interactions believable. I laud her interest in producing narrative Adult Cinema, but...

It falls into the currently fashionable crypto-incest genre, with a miscast Tyler Nixon (over 30 but playing an 18-year-old) getting to have sex with his stepmom Vera King, a fine character actress. The characters are all jealous, and sometimes clueless, as Missa X keeps the pot boiling with infidelity and sexual abandon.

Alex Blake is attractive as Tyler's 18-year-old girlfriend, while Brad Newman is the weakest link as Tyler's dad and Vera's spouse. A scene of Tyler and Vera having sex in the backseat while Brad is driving the auto, oblivious to what the viewer is vividly seeing in all its XXX glory, plays particularly poorly.

Missa X also includes a 46-minute rom-com titled "Making New Memories" on the DVD, a far better piece of work. It's a two-hander of India Summer bedding down with her stepson Chad White, as both performers prove once again their acting ability (and ease with dialogue) in a genuinely amusing and warm sex vignette.
