Wonderboy: Holly Z-movie, MagnaMax!

Just imagine that Adam West's character had telecnesis powers in Batman and Robin TV show? Now, what if Burt Ward were addicted and had serious problems with dangerous drug dealers. Well, that is what this Z-movie is about. Perhaps Wonderboy, MagnaMax's sidekick, will have more chances as a desguised caped vigilante. There are nice ideas here, but not very well developped.
