HERCULES AND MACISTE IN AN ITALIAN COMEDY

I was surprised that there as only the Italian version on Y/T.

The original Italian version featured Franco & Ciccio in the main title as they are widely popular comedians in Italy. The strange part is that they are only in the movie for a few minutes. They even left their small part in this English version.

This English language version only played once on TV, (that I know of), which I am glad I taped when I had the chance.

There is a funny scene in the movie where Maciste pushes on the city gates while soldiers push on the opposite side. When Maciste does open the gates he flattens the soldiers against the wall and cardboard cutouts of the men fall to the ground.

Just to be clear... it is VALE of Woe not Valley. Someone translated it wrong.

Kirk Morris against Frank Gordon. Frank Gordon only made this one movie.

Enjoy it despite the bad quality.
