Unpleasant and not especially good.

"Natural Enemy" is a Canadian-American production that was filmed in Montreal. It also went straight to video, which means they likely didn't have any faith in the film and released it this way to cut their losses. This is NOT a good sign...and after watching the movie, I can understand...it IS a bad film...worse than its current 5.2 on IMDB.

The plot is VERY cruel and nasty...to the point where I really did not enjoy the film. The story is about a young man who is a very capable assistant in a small brokerage house. However, he holds a secret...he's EVIL!!! He also has decided to destroy his boss and his wife...and VERY quickly I guess why. So, this means slogging through all the annoying and awful moments in the film (and there are many).

The bottom line is that the story could have been good. But the ending was telegraphed, the awful characters were too transparently awful and some good talent (Donald Sutherland and Leslie Ann Warren) were pretty much wasted in a movie which was more distressing and annoying than good.
