Sexxx in the City: Vienna

First Bluebird Films went out of business, then daring! Media went over to the boring "Pure" line of crappy wall-paper background style videos, and now venerable Harmony Films is mainly releasing unwatchable junk made by various Continental producers who know nothing about either filmmaking or storytelling. This "riff in title only" junker bears witness to the decline and imminent demise of yet another legendary Brit porn purveyor.

Shot in 2012 and bearing a 2014 copyright, the 2015 Harmony release consists of four unrelated pantomime vignettes of lesser known Euro XXX actresses humping. Interstitial footage shot on the streets of Vienna, gazing up at cathedral facades or interesting statuary is the filler that suggests the title, even though the claustrophobic sex scenes indoors might as well have shot in some Chatsworth mansion or hotel room.

Of course the emphasis is on anal sex, performed bareback, once the only draw for European porn imports but now strictly ho-hum content. None of the ladies are standout beauties -no Silvia Saint or Anissa Kate in this low-budget effort, and instead of invoking my usual "adds up to nothing" summarization I would put this one in the negative column. After watching these bored sex workers go through the motions for nearly 2 hours running time, created on a 2-day shoot, I felt like trying out the DVD-destroyer slot on my brand-new Shredder from Amazon Choice.
