Anecdotes
The entire film was shot during the biggest sandstorm of the year against orders from the local rangers to film on location that day. The winds pushing the sand were so extreme that filming was mainly discontinued to the camera being dysfunctional and having broken while project was in production causing the final edit to be done with whatever footage was pulled off during the sandstorm.
