Dave Chappelle

Not sure if that is something that makes sense to say - so many years after ... so no pun intended. But here we are and because his new special was released a few days ago ... I thought I'd give some "older" specials a go to. And this double parter was one of the things I watched with him. The first "episode" has his OJ phase - or meetings. With some funny anecdotes of course.

But only funny if you are not easily offended. Because OJ is one thing, but he also adds some other people. Like Bill Cosby ... and it is not easy to talk about him. With all the alleged stuff he has done - and while many may think that OJ is guilty for what he was charged ... it is tougher to make that case ... with Bill on the other hand ... he has paid his accusers and there have been so many, it is tough to deny them and maybe even tougher not to believe all the women that came out and telling their stories.

But even with that he is able to find a joke ... a joke he plants very early on ... and get to sow at the end ... yes he knows about circling back ... the man is good ... but you probably already knew that.
