Cashing in on the Bruce > Caitlyn Jenner phenomenon, Florida-based pornographer Josh Stone brings his own peculiar fetishes (notably the wish to out-score Score in casting big-breasted talent) to the porn version. Besides carrying the subtitle "Based on a Not So True Story", it has the usual fake "honor system" end credit disclaimers that it has nothing to do with real-live people. Yeah, right - Josh thought this silly story up all on his own.
So we have an Olympic athlete named Juice Gender (though I could swear one of the characters called him Bruce at one point in usual porn sloppiness) played adequately by Duncan Black (a Gay Porn performer from the Nica Noelle stock company, in non- sex role here) with his huge-dicked coach Ramon (played by auteur Stone's regular big-dicked Ramon).
Opening scene has Ramon anally humping a beautiful transsexual woman Kylie Maria, just to get the movie rolling. Ramon boasts of this exploit to Juice, who plays dumb when it comes to transsexuals and the like, but the seed is planted for his own future.
Hannah Reese plays Juice's wife (billed in end credits as "Juice Wife" (sic)) and he proves to be impotent with her, another clue to the storyline.
A "years later" card appears on screen and Juice with shoulder length hair is now transitioning into Kaitlyn Gender, played by the attractive transsexual actress Jonelle Brooks. She's being interviewed by the film's co-conspirator Wendy Williams (no, not THAT Wendy Williams from radio & TV nor even the old rock star Wendy O. Williams, but instead an overweight transsexual actress who looks like a poorly made up drag queen) in the role of Diana Sword. The pun of Sawyer into Sword was lost on me, but perhaps I'm not the target audience for this nonsense.
This interview footage is actually quite interesting thanks to Jonelle's ability to improvise, but WW is a drag. Next Kaitlyn is prepping for her big magazine cover shoot, dressing in a white corset given to her by her/his step-daughter Kimmie, who we're informed gained fame through the release of a sex tape.
This being a porn film involving transsexuals, director Stone inserts at this point a solo sex scene spotlighting Jonelle masturbating for her fans' benefit. She's naked except for the requisite high heels, and folks interested in the feature's narrative line are free to fast forward at will.
Once the whacking off and self-application of a glass dildo results in a copious money shot, Stone returns to his story, with the appearance of Angelina Castro, a Score model who previously appeared in one of Stone's straight-sex huge-bust-fetish videos. She is a magnificent plumper, cast in impersonation of Kanye's better half not really to insult the billionairess but rather to appropriately caricature her outsize breasts and butt.
Fake incest on the level of hundreds of other current trendy videos enters the picture with Kaitlyn humping step-daughter Kimmie, no shock to fans as this film's distributor Trans 500 has already featured Castro humped by a transsexual lady (i.e., chick with dick to take a vulgar route) in its release "Trans at Play Volume 3". Just to ram home the message, Kaitlyn murmurs "You're my good girl" during sex with his/her off-spring once removed, amplifying the thought with "You like daddy's cum all over your titties?". This was likely a rhetorical question.
Back to servicing the target fans, Stone has Wendy putting on a strange fishnet body stocking and masturbating to a photo of Juice (the Duncan Black original incarnation). This was certainly the low point of the video for me.
Returning to our story, the famous photo shoot takes place and Kaitlyn seduces the shutterbug Toby (played by Toby Springs, who doesn't even get mentioned in the end credits -he being a sort of "straight man", relatively speaking, in the otherwise fetishy film). They suck each others' dicks and then Kaitlyn humps him in the ass, prior to equal-time money shots. This particular sequence points up a similarity between transsexual video porn and Gay videos, but the gatekeepers (not known for their progressive nature) lump TS videos with mainstream porn (which also includes lesbian videos), while Gay Porn (read: boy/boy) is segregated into its own dimension for the consumer.
Final reel has Jonelle narrating about the transition. She encounters coach Ramon, all these years later, sitting on a Miami park bench, who doesn't recognize him/her, and I suppose the panache is being generated by the impression given that Ramon's idle remark way back when set all this commotion into motion. Or not.
The Miami setting reminded me of the numerous Barry Mahon '60s soft porn films, when he was riding high there alongside other exploitation icons like Doris Wishman and Herschell Gordon Lewis, though perhaps his best work was made in NYC. He made a not-very-similar film "I Was a Man" in 1967 starring Ansa Kansas (playing himself), transitioning (via trip home to Scandinavia for surgery) into a woman. It's a campy film in its own right, but has a sincerity that famous war-hero Mahon brought to his porn and that is gone with the wind as far as the current crop of facetious pornographers like Stone are concerned.
