Oddly enough it wasn't before 2019 that I was presented the chance to sit down and watch the 2007 documentary "The Evil Dead: One by One We Will Take You - The Untold Saga of the Evil Dead". Actually, I didn't even know about its existence before now. But being a life-long fan of the "Evil Dead" movies, of course I sat down to watch it.
And while "The Evil Dead: One by One We Will Take You - The Untold Saga of the Evil Dead" definitely does give the fans some more detailed insight as to the movie and its creation, and the experiences of the ones involved, then this was first and foremost only a treat for the real fans.
There were things I didn't know and even things that kind of surprised me, but in overall, then this wasn't really all that impressive. And it is not the kind of documentary that you watch more than once, because there just wasn't enough contents to it to support more than a single viewing.
All in all, a somewhat interesting enough documentary about a cult classic horror movie. I am rating "The Evil Dead: One by One We Will Take You - The Untold Saga of the Evil Dead" a slightly above mediocre six out of ten stars.
