The story begins with Gilehgol "Goli" Ebtehaj suspending his 23-year Paris career and returning to his native country, Rasht. Goli is not really familiar with him but Yarwan knows everything about her. This irritates the Goli. She gets beat up on him one time (unlike the typical Indian romance film, this doesn't make them romantic). Goli contacts her old family and others and Farhad follow her. Eventually, she realizes that Farhad is her childhood friend. The film ends as their lives take on new channels.
