Much like Marvel's iconic comic book superhero 'Miles Morales', he grew up in the Brooklyn borough of New York as a young, mixed Black and Puerto Rican kid. Due to his shared personal experience with the young hero, his greatest aspiration since 2012 has been to authentically portray his understanding of the character in live-action.
