Competed in Double Your Money (2012) (Season 21) with his fellow Chippendales Las Vegas performer (per The Amazing Race team profile), oJames Davis, hoping to win enough prize money to help their respective parents, in particular Jaymes Vaughan's father, who was suffering from cancer at that time. The team of Jaymes and James finished second overall (Take Down That Million (2012)) in that twenty-first edition of The Amazing Race (2001).
